The Night of the Counting of the Years 2018 (short)

Celebrated makeup artist Emma o Byrne worked with Daudy painting Egyptian eye make-up on to passers-by the artist’s studio on a busy market street in London. A few of the various films were knitted in to a short experimental film here that was projected on to outdoor spaces in West London after the Grenfell Fire. The original works were made into a film-motherboard exhibited at the Saatchi in the context of the blockbuster exhibition Tutankhamun of original artefacts that was travelling the world raising funds for the new Great Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Cairo
